FAQ

1.) Mode of payment? A: I accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App

2.) When will my order ship? A: I always ship orders the next day.

3.) When will I get my package? A: Depending on what type it was shipped, usually it takes 3-7 days for First Class and Priority 1-3 Days depending on your location.

4.) I haven’t received my order? 
A: Lobeautycali is not responsible for damage, lost or missing packages, I make sure that I shipped the order to the address provided, in the event your package says delivered but it’s not in your mailbox/porch check your neighbors or ask the mailman coz sometimes they make mistakes and delivered the package to the wrong address.

5.) PRE-ORDER ITEMS

There will be times product is only available for pre-order basis, Pre-order takes 2 weeks to arrived. I will be collecting 50% deposit for the preorder items.
